If you’ve been following the WAPA and Altech legal cases against the DoC and ICASA about the VANS’ rights to self provision infrastructure, you’ll know that we’re in for a fun ride if the high court rules that all the VANS now have Individual ECNS licenses. I’m obviously very interested because of Amobia and WAPA.
