Indeed, but the Minister already stated that if VANS had the right to self-provide in the past they must get IECNS licenses under the ECA.
She’s on her way out anyway.. I don’t see her putting up a fight.. and I’d image the poor souls at ICASA are ever so thankful for a hint clarity, finally.
I’m most definitely having some champagne tonight.
